Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster growth and accountability.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time, actionable feedback to support team development.
