Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
• Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals, fostering growth, development, and accountability
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team reflecting Sephora's values
• Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize team potential
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide continuous development support for each team member

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 63,100 to USD 77,350 per annum.
