Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience by collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional client experiences, and sustainable sales and profitability
• Lead and inspire team members to exceed performance expectations by fostering growth, accountability, and development
• Recruit, hire, and onboard diverse talent that embodies Sephora's values and brand service standards
• Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing mentorship to maximize team member potential and engagement
• Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support career development
• Elevate client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery, skillful concern resolution, and engagement with loyalty programs and personalized experiences
• Maintain Sephora's operational standards by ensuring a visually inspiring, immaculate store environment and compliance with all policies and brand guidelines
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive results and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic retail landscape

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine commitment to coaching and team development
• Deep experience creating personalized client experiences and driving business growth
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, stock shelves, and stand and walk the sales floor for entire shifts
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and handle/apply products to clients with or without accommodation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,100 to USD 73,600 per annum.
