Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead operations and team performance at its Arrowhead Towne Center location in Glendale, Arizona. This full-time, salaried position demands hands-on leadership to support daily operations, drive exceptional client experiences, and foster team development in a high-volume retail environment.   • Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining operational excellence while driving sales and profitability
  • Lead, coach, inspire, and develop team members to exceed performance goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous growth
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and build a diverse team that reflects Sephora's values and delivers signature client service
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time, actionable feedback and mentorship to support team engagement and career development
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, skillfully address concerns, and drive loyalty program engagement through personalized interactions
  • Maintain store visual standards, compliance with policies and brand guidelines, and a clean, immaculate retail environment
