Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure a seamless client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets in a high-volume retail environment.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to exceed performance goals, deliver ongoing feedback, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Attract, hire and onboard talent to build a diverse, inclusive team aligned with brand standards and service expectations.
- Drive client engagement through personalized service, loyalty program activation and effective issue resolution to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping and operational standards to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store-level policies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume retail.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop associates, with strong performance management experience including appraisals and actionable feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust across teams and with clients.
- Client-centric mindset with a history of creating personalized experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and applying product to clients.
