Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and ensure a seamless client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets in a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop associates, with strong performance management experience including appraisals and actionable feedback.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trust across teams and with clients.
  • Client-centric mindset with a history of creating personalized experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and applying product to clients.
