Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume retail environment.
- Coach, inspire and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and targeted mentorship to exceed KPIs.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing aligns with business needs and brand service standards.
- Ensure operational excellence through adherence to visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory controls, loss-prevention and company policies.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, product application, and promotion of loyalty programs.
- Optimize inventory, scheduling and in-store resources to respond to shifting priorities and maximize sales opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and uphold brand standards for a safe, inclusive and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrable leadership and commercial acumen with a track record of coaching teams to deliver sales and service objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of delivering constructive feedback and building trust across teams and clients.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Ability to perform physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing; capable of handling and applying beauty products.

Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or similar retail leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail—proven to drive sales, coach associates and manage store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 63,100 to USD 77,350 per annum.
