Role & Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower the team to exceed expectations and performance goals, fostering growth, development, and accountability
