Sephora in Frisco, TX is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (Stonebriar Centre). Full-time, salaried leadership role focused on team development and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure sales targets, profitability and operational standards are met in a high-volume retail environment.
- Drive exceptional client experience through coaching and direct engagement, resolving client concerns and promoting loyalty programs and personalized services.
- Recruit, onboard and cultivate diverse retail talent; deliver real-time coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to maximize associate potential.
- Lead merchandising, inventory optimization and staffing decisions to align resources with demand and commercial priorities.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Conduct performance appraisals, set goals, and implement action plans to develop individual and team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven success in assistant store management or supervisory retail roles within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated capability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and build trust across teams and clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing client experience priorities and operational demands.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for entire shifts.

Minimum of 3+ years of progressive retail experience with a track record in assistant store management or supervisory roles in fast-paced, high-volume retail settings, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or specialty retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Frisco, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 69,500 to USD 85,100 per annum.
