Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure sales targets, profitability and operational standards are met in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Drive exceptional client experience through coaching and direct engagement, resolving client concerns and promoting loyalty programs and personalized services.
  • Recruit, onboard and cultivate diverse retail talent; deliver real-time coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to maximize associate potential.
  • Lead merchandising, inventory optimization and staffing decisions to align resources with demand and commercial priorities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, set goals, and implement action plans to develop individual and team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in assistant store management or supervisory retail roles within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and build trust across teams and clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing client experience priorities and operational demands.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for entire shifts.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 69,500 to USD 85,100 per annum.
