Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver excellent customer service and optimise conversion, average basket and items-per-basket KPIs.
- Coach, engage and develop the sales team to maximise productivity, reduce absenteeism and minimise employee turnover.
- Ensure stock availability and replenishment efficiency across the sales floor and back-of-house; support merchandise assortment maintenance.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and support store layout or conversion projects.
- Execute inventories on schedule and maintain accurate warehouse and sales-floor stock records.
- Operate the cash register and supervise point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention routines.
- Support and deliver beauty services and classes; manage short services across departments.
- Monitor retail key figures (e.g., MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of services) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Perform additional operational tasks required for daily store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' relevant retail experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics or fashion retail sectors.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and advisory skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a people-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and strong proficiency in the local language (German preferred).
- Organised, reliable, and able to work on site with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to service excellence.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience with exposure to frontline sales and first-line supervisory duties; experience in beauty or cosmetics retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, beauty or hospitality is advantageous.
