Sephora is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead store operations, coach teams and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and targeted learning to elevate individual and store performance.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing levels and skill sets meet business needs and brand standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalised service, effective use of loyalty programmes and proactive resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and brand compliance to deliver an inspiring and immaculate retail environment.
- Manage inventory and staffing resources efficiently, including merchandising, stock replenishment and shrink prevention activities.
- Monitor store KPIs, sales performance and operational metrics; implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Enforce health, safety and loss-prevention procedures while modelling Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store management or supervisory role within fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
- Demonstrable ability to recruit, coach and develop teams to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and building trust across teams and clients.
- Committed to coaching and continuous development, with the ability to translate performance feedback into actionable growth plans.
- Client-centric mindset with experience delivering personalised, loyalty-driving customer experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform required physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for full shifts).

Experience
Demonstrated track record as an assistant manager or senior supervisor in retail, preferably within beauty or high-volume specialty retail, with experience driving sales, developing teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
