Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager with daily operations and ensure delivery of exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance expectations and foster a culture of growth and accountability
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate a diverse, inclusive team that embodies Sephora's values and delivers signature service
- Deliver real-time coaching, constructive feedback, and mentorship to maximize team members' professional development and engagement

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk sales floor for entire shifts, and work in fragrance-filled environments
