Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop the in-store team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and targeted learning to improve engagement and results.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Drive client engagement through personalized service, loyalty program activation and resolution of client concerns to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence including visual merchandising, store standards, compliance with policies and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize staffing and inventory resources to adapt to shifting priorities and drive store growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role within high-volume retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop teams to meet sales and performance targets.

Education
