Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real‑time feedback, performance appraisals and actionable mentorship to drive engagement and business results.

- Ensure operational and visual merchandising standards are met — maintain an immaculate, inspiring store environment and compliance with brand policies.
- Resolve client concerns effectively, drive loyalty program engagement and deliver personalized clienteling to increase retention and spend.
- Optimize inventory allocation and staffing resources to respond to demand fluctuations and maximize sales opportunities.
- Support loss prevention, safety and accessibility standards; perform physical tasks including stocking and product handling as required.
Qualifications
- Proven success in assistant store management or equivalent leadership role within a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire and develop teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a history of delivering constructive feedback and fostering open dialogue.
- Strong client‑centric orientation and track record of creating personalized, memorable retail experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and handle/apply beauty products (with reasonable accommodation where applicable).

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 69,500 to USD 85,100 per annum.
