- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored mentorship to maximise individual and collective performance.
- Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent that reflects brand values and delivers Sephora’s signature service.
