Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, and inspire retail team members to exceed performance goals and foster growth, development, and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent; build a diverse and inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and mentorship to maximize team members' potential and career development
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support engagement and career progression
- Maintain visually inspiring, immaculate store environment and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
