Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivery of exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
• Lead and develop team members through hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and mentorship to exceed performance goals and foster accountability
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team that embodies Sephora's values and delivers signature service
• Deliver impactful performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback to support team members' career development and engagement
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by resolving concerns skillfully and driving engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences
• Maintain operational excellence by upholding Sephora's standards, preserving a visually inspiring store environment, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive results and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in the retail landscape
