Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a high-volume environment
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower retail associates to exceed performance goals, fostering accountability and professional growth
- Recruit, hire, and onboard diverse talent aligned with Sephora values, building and maintaining a high-performing team
