Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience in collaboration with the Store Manager, driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower the team to exceed performance goals while fostering growth, development, and accountability
- Attract, recruit, hire, and onboard diverse talent that embodies Sephora values and delivers signature client service
