Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets.
  • Coach, inspire and develop the store team through real-time feedback, structured performance appraisals and targeted mentorship to drive engagement and results.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain diverse talent, ensuring staffing levels and capability mix meet business needs and brand standards.
  • Deliver clienteling and loyalty-driven initiatives to deepen customer relationships, resolve client concerns, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Maintain operational excellence by upholding visual merchandising, housekeeping, compliance with policies and brand presentation standards.
  • Optimize inventory allocation and staff scheduling to respond to demand fluctuations and support store growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assistant store management or comparable leadership role within fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and develop retail teams with measurable impact on performance and retention.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with experience delivering constructive feedback and managing performance.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving personalized service, loyalty engagement and sales growth.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and applying product to clients.
