Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and build brand loyalty
- Utilize data analytics and collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion
- Drive a selling culture across the team to meet KPIs and uphold Sephora's values and brand positioning
- Monitor key performance metrics including shrinkage percentages, sales conversion, profitability, and forecasted revenue targets
- Coach and develop team talent through feedback, recognition, and career development opportunities to raise overall performance and capability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence, including brand events, training programs, and visual merchandising updates
- Maintain a strong, positive team culture where employees feel valued and enabled to succeed
- Ensure consistent, energized delivery of first-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail or store-line management experience
- Previous retail management experience in a big-box retailer or multi-site environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication abilities, and capacity to influence team members at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees
- Hands-on leadership style with comfort on the sales floor
- Passion for client-centric service and experiential retail
