Sephora (Belden Village, Canton, OH) seeks an Assistant Store Manager — full-time, salaried role leading store operations, team development and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store associates through real-time feedback, training and formal performance appraisals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention efforts to build a diverse, high-performing team aligned with brand standards.
  • Uphold visual merchandising, store presentation and operational compliance to maintain a compelling, immaculate retail environment.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively, driving loyalty program engagement and personalised service.
