Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth.
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
  • Enhance team performance and develop internal talent.
  • Maintain a first-class customer service environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Compensation

$69,680 base + Commission + Bonus + Super
