Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Broomfield, CO (FlatIron Crossing) to lead store operations, team development and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure seamless client experiences while driving sales, margin and profitability targets in a high-volume environment.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and structured learning to grow individual and team capability.
- Recruit, hire and onboard talent to build a diverse, high-performing team aligned with brand standards and customer service expectations.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, including loyalty program activation and personalized service, to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Maintain operational and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, compliant and brand-appropriate store environment.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapt to shifting priorities and execute store-level plans to drive conversion and productivity.
- Manage escalated customer concerns with professionalism to preserve brand reputation and drive client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail leadership experience, including prior assistant store manager or comparable supervisory roles in fast-paced, high-volume stores.
- Proven track record recruiting, coaching and developing talent to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and build trust across teams.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts as required by store operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, and apply product to clients (with or without accommodation).

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally as an assistant store manager in a fast-paced, high-volume beauty or specialty retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 66,200 to USD 81,050 per annum.
