Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and an elevated client experience.
  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to exceed individual and store performance goals while fostering accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent supervisory role within fast-paced, high-volume retail.
  • Demonstrable leadership and business acumen with experience recruiting, developing and retaining retail talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback and build team trust.
  • Passion for coaching and talent development, delivering measurable improvements through mentorship.
  • Client-centric orientation with a track record of creating personalized experiences that drive loyalty and sales.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet retail scheduling needs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role (lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for full shifts, handle/apply products).
