Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional client experiences, and achievement of sales and profitability targets in a high-volume retail environment
- Lead, coach, and inspire retail associates to exceed performance goals while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and diversity
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members that embody Sephora's values and deliver signature client service
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and mentorship to maximize associate potential and engagement
