Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals while fostering accountability and professional growth
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
