Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach store employees through regular appraisals and training sessions
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets with year-on-year growth accountability
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and align team performance with customer expectations
- Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers to ensure operational continuity
- Organize beauty classes, in-store animations, and weekend looks to create memorable customer experiences
- Update and implement visual merchandising displays and promotional activations
- Create daily staff schedules and coordinate zoning to optimize floor coverage
- Execute inventory audits to maintain optimal stock availability and product rotation
- Manage complete merchandise lifecycle from receiving through storage, booking, returns, and tester upkeep
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation
- Deputize for the Store Manager during absences and ensure compliance with Sephora audit protocols
- Monitor key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, staff engagement, stock efficiency, and retail metrics (MS, IPT, AVB, CR)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail experience, preferably in prestige beauty
- Proven management experience with demonstrated team leadership capability
- Emphatic and people-oriented management approach
- Strong customer engagement and employee development orientation
- Analytical and commercially rigorous working methodology
- Structured organizational skills with hands-on floor presence
- Fluency in English and native-level German language proficiency
- Basic proficiency in SAP and Excel

Experience
Minimum 3–4 years in retail operations, with prior supervisory or management experience. Background in prestige beauty retail is preferred. Demonstrated ability to mentor employees and drive commercial results in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Education
Secondary education (Abitur or equivalent); further qualifications in retail management or beauty retail operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
