Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and oversee point-of-sale performance with full accountability for KPIs
- Manage and motivate the store team, driving professional development and collective performance
- Develop and execute action plans that directly influence sales results and operational metrics
- Monitor and optimize sales indicators and KPI achievement against targets
- Foster a culture of customer excellence and brand representation aligned with Sephora's mission of inclusion and empowerment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in KPI management and sales-oriented metrics
- Retail sector experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- High level of English; additional languages valued
