Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance goals and foster accountability, growth, and development
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, building a diverse and inclusive workforce aligned with Sephora values
• Deliver real-time coaching and actionable feedback to maximize team members' potential and career engagement
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support career progression and team performance
• Resolve client concerns skillfully and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and compliance with all policies and brand guidelines
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources while adapting to shifting priorities and market opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent while delivering strong business results
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust across teams and clients
• Genuine commitment to empowering teams through mentorship, coaching, and actionable feedback
• Deep experience creating personalized client experiences that build loyalty
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for entire shifts
• Ability to work a fragrance-filled environment without impairment to job performance
