Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead and coach retail associates to exceed performance goals, fostering growth, development, and accountability across the team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse and inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
- Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and mentorship to maximize associate potential and engagement
