Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, and inspire store associates to exceed performance expectations, fostering accountability, growth, and professional development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to build a diverse, inclusive team aligned with Sephora's values and service standards
