Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, visual standards and compliance with brand policies.
- Lead, coach and develop store teams through real-time feedback, structured performance appraisals and targeted learning to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, interview, onboard and retain diverse talent to build a high-performing team aligned with Sephora’s client service standards.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, product demonstrations and proactive promotion of loyalty programs.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to meet sales targets, control shrinkage and adapt to peak trading periods.
- Manage guest experience issues, resolve concerns skillfully and ensure a consistently immaculate, visually inspiring retail environment.
- Execute merchandising, product presentation and promotional initiatives to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Proven success in assistant store management or equivalent retail leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and build trust across teams and clients.
- Passion for coaching and talent development with a track record of mentoring associates and improving performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and applying products to clients.
