Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations and client experience by collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Inspire and empower teams by leading with passion to coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed expectations and performance goals.
- Recruit and cultivate top talent by attracting, hiring, and onboarding new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Champion continuous learning by fostering ongoing learning through real-time coaching and actionable feedback.
- Drive performance through feedback by conducting impactful performance appraisals and providing mentorship.
- Elevate client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and resolving concerns.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a visually inspiring store environment and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Optimize resources and drive growth by optimizing inventory and staffing resources.

Experience
Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
