Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to ensure sales, profitability and an exceptional client experience in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach and inspire the sales team through real-time feedback, formal performance appraisals and tailored development plans.
- Recruit, hire and onboard diverse talent that embodies Sephora’s service standards and brand values.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through personalized service, effective use of loyalty programmes and skillful resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain operational excellence by upholding visual merchandising, store presentation and compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to sales trends and operational priorities, supporting store growth targets.
- Ensure availability and perform store responsibilities during evenings, weekends and holiday periods as required.

- Proven success in an assistant store manager or equivalent retail leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams, with strong business acumen and accountability for results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of delivering constructive coaching and driving team engagement.
- Client-centric mindset with experience delivering personalized service and driving loyalty.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for entire shifts, work in a fragrance-filled environment and apply products to clients).
