  • Support daily store operations and ensure an exceptional, consistent client experience while driving sales and profitability.
  • Coach, inspire and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning plans.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and perform physically active duties (ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk during entire shift).
  • Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled environment and applying products to clients, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
