Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure an exceptional, consistent client experience while driving sales and profitability.
- Coach, inspire and develop the sales team through real-time feedback, performance appraisals and tailored learning plans.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent cultivation to build a diverse, high-performing team aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory, staffing and visual presentation to optimize resources and maintain an immaculate, on-brand store environment.
- Resolve client concerns professionally, drive loyalty program engagement and deliver personalized service to build client retention.
Qualifications
- Proven success in assistant store management or equivalent retail leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and hold teams accountable to achieve sales and service targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to deliver constructive feedback and mentor staff.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and perform physically active duties (ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk during entire shift).
- Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled environment and applying products to clients, with reasonable accommodations as needed.

Demonstrated success as an assistant store manager or comparable retail leader in fast-paced, high-volume stores, with a track record of driving sales, developing teams and delivering superior client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related retail/management coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 66,200 to USD 81,050 per annum.
