Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower team members to exceed performance goals and foster accountability, growth, and development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate diverse, inclusive teams that embody Sephora's values and deliver signature service excellence
