Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the analysis of performance across product offerings and categories.
- Develop technical skills in data analysis and visualization using innovative tools.
- Create various reports for product offerings and top management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of pricing and promotional strategies at both regional and local levels in Europe.
- Enhance skills in pricing strategy and market analysis for a diverse array of brands.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for the beauty and retail industry with a keen desire to engage in strategic projects.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with an interest in data and performance reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and proficiency in data analysis tools (Dataiku, Dataprep, Alteryx) and dashboard design (PowerBI, Datastudio, Tableau).
