Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store expansion targets and oversee field operations across assigned regions
- Conduct negotiations with landlords and real estate stakeholders; revise contracts and prepare legal documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between store operations, construction, design, and technical teams to meet dynamic operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with commercial real estate laws and financial standards; conduct risk assessment and implement control measures
- Manage existing store asset portfolios and cultivate long-term landlord relationships
- Prepare comprehensive reports including P&L analysis, technical documentation reviews, legal due diligence investigations, and market intelligence assessments
- Monitor competitive market landscape and develop real estate market intelligence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail store expansion or commercial real estate
- Established network and deep familiarity with retail real estate landscape, shopping mall operators, and commercial partners across assigned Chinese regions
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and technical requirements pertaining to store design, construction, and compliance
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, business document drafting, and commercial communication
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and executive-level presentations
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset with professional adaptability and ownership mentality
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal
