Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store expansion targets and oversee field operations across assigned regions
  • Conduct negotiations with landlords and real estate stakeholders; revise contracts and prepare legal documentation
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between store operations, construction, design, and technical teams to meet dynamic operational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with commercial real estate laws and financial standards; conduct risk assessment and implement control measures
