Sephora internship: 6-month Assistant Project Manager, Services & Customer Experience role in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support omnichannel retail projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct operational tracking and launch of omnichannel projects across France, managing test and deployment phases
- Provide project management oversight with recommendations for enhancements and process improvements
- Manage operational levers to ensure project success and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project profitability and measure performance against defined KPIs
- Coordinate across marketing, merchandising, training, retail, and e-commerce teams to align on project execution
- Serve as liaison between headquarters teams and retail network leadership, regional directors, and store managers
- Support digital beauty services projects including skin diagnostics, engraving services, fragrance discovery, and paid makeup courses
- Track practical services initiatives such as automated checkout deployment, mobile clienteling applications, and delivery options (click-and-collect, courier, Sephora+)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business school or university program
- Completed at least one prior internship or work-study experience, preferably in project management or related field
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and curiosity-driven approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with effective time management
- Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; French language proficiency required
