Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Assistant Project Manager, Retail Excellence (Apprenticeship). 12–24 month alternance starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Excellence team in the development and execution of operational strategy across participating countries.
- Coordinate and organise training events and seminars (multi-day trainings, LVMH events), including scheduling, venue preparation and on-site logistics.
- Manage logistical arrangements for participants: hotel bookings, travel coordination and hospitality (welcome breakfasts, room setup, AV requirements).
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials related to training programmes and Retail Excellence initiatives.
- Attend meetings with the Customer Experience lead and act as a point of contact for operational follow-ups.
- Contribute to creation of short-form video content and learning assets for social media and internal communications.
- Participate in and document all Retail Excellence trainings; ensure post-event reporting and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across approximately 16 countries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, retail management, marketing, communications or a related field, and eligible for a 12- or 24-month alternance/apprenticeship beginning September 2026.
- Fluent professional English (working language); strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable interest in retail and customer experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple event logistics simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office/remote model and collaborating with international teams.

Entry-level / beginner. Suitable for students with limited professional experience; prior internships or short-term experience in retail, events or training support are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, retail, marketing, communications, or related discipline; eligibility for alternance/apprenticeship contract.
