Sephora internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month Assistant Project Manager role in product coordination and campaign orchestration across Europe. Hybrid position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate campaign preparation across European markets by collecting, validating, and centralizing product information from brand partners and product teams
- Guarantee product availability and data consistency for each marketing activation
- Coordinate receipt, quality control, and distribution of visual assets and packshots to Studio, Social, CRM, PR, and related departments
- Ensure proper integration and tracking of assets within dedicated systems while adhering strictly to embargo dates and content distribution policies
- Supervise receipt of merchandising mockups and coordinate testing phases with internal teams to ensure flawless retail displays
- Manage the complete product lifecycle—from receipt and quality verification through storage, deployment, and return—across significant volumes
- Track product loans and maintain proper circulation of assets between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and propose new tools, methodologies, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4 or higher, preferably from a business school or related institution)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral)
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector is preferred
