Sephora 6-month internship: Assistant Project Manager, New Ventures in Paris. Support digital innovation and retail expansion projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of client needs and development of business cases for digital retail projects, including web, mobile app, and in-store digital initiatives with defined scope, user experience design, and key performance indicators
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify innovative retail and beauty concepts applicable to Sephora, including competitive landscape reviews, concept assessments, and emerging consumption patterns
- Participate actively in cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders (UX, IT, Product Team) and external partners (technology vendors, start-ups) to facilitate project launches and strategic alignment
- Coordinate the launch and geographic rollout of gift card services across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, managing stakeholder communications and vendor relationships
- Monitor gift card sales performance data, conduct user interviews, and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and ensure service quality
- Develop and implement test-and-learn protocols, including proof-of-concept launches, KPI analysis, and iterative improvements prior to full project deployment
- Ensure appropriate operational processes and internal controls are established to support new business initiatives while maintaining optimal user experience and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Product teams to define business requirements, prioritize features, conduct user research, and synthesize customer feedback
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in business administration, commerce, or engineering
- Strong intellectual curiosity, self-directed work ethic, and proactive problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated affinity for data analysis and business metrics interpretation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal communication

Education
Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in commerce, business administration, or engineering discipline preferred.
