Sephora Collection internship: 6-month Assistant Product Manager role in Neuilly-sur-Seine, ideal for marketing students passionate about beauty and product development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define product mix strategy including concepts, offerings, packaging, formulation, shades, and pricing for 2025 product plans
- Participate in end-to-end product development from formula creation through packaging execution
- Contribute to comprehensive 360° planning and execution of strategic product launches
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market analysis including sell-in/sell-out tracking, competitor reviews, and trend identification
- Identify market trends and innovation opportunities to inform new product launches
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in M1/M2 (Master's degree) in Business School with Marketing specialization
- Demonstrated passion and curiosity for the cosmetics and beauty industry
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Beginner level. No professional experience required; candidates should be students currently pursuing advanced studies in business or marketing.
Education
Currently pursuing M1 or M2 (first or second year of Master's degree) in a Business School with a specialization in Marketing.
