Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director and project managers in all coordination activities.
  • Support the daily coordination of team activities.
  • Monitor project KPIs and organize logistics.
  • Ensure communication following governance committees.
  • Maintain up-to-date and properly stored project documentation.
  • Prepare program committees by coordinating contributions from various project teams.
  • Consolidate information and presentations for steering and follow-up committees.
  • Aid in planning project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track task and deliverable progress against the schedule.
  • Take notes during meetings and draft minutes.
  • Follow up on actions from meetings and prompt responsible parties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

Skills

Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, etc.). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Teamwork and priority management skills. Attention to detail, autonomy, and service orientation.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.
