Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the analysis and preparation of OneTech financial indicators.
  • Produce summaries with key messages tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Provide a transparent and consolidated view of tech project costs and trajectories.
  • Support the performance management of tech operations through reporting with operational VPs.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR to monitor budget consumption and document assumptions.
  • Support strategic and operational analysis needs, exploring cross-functional topics.
  • Prepare notes and presentations for internal committees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.

Skills

Analytical and structured mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams. Organizational and project coordination skills. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
