Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchant in developing and executing brand assortments and seasonal product strategies for Sephora stores and digital channels.
  • Manage launch readiness including timelines, visual merchandising requirements and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external brand stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on business performance, sales trends and category insights to inform assortment and promotional decisions.
  • Track product performance, identify opportunities and risks, and escalate action items to the Merchant team.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational needs including meeting preparation, timeline management and project administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of retail buying or merchandising experience, preferably at a major retailer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with merchandising systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting reports and business data; proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office two days per week) and travel as needed.
