Sephora seeks Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising in Singapore to lead regional VM strategy across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Sephora Collection's Regional Visual Merchandising execution across the region, working closely with Category Senior Managers to optimize customer experience and profit per meter
- Manage the execution of all seasonal planograms from planning through deployment across all countries, coordinating grid procurement and tracking to store implementation
- Translate planograms into Space Planning-compatible formats and partner with the Global team to develop region-specific planogram configurations and assortments
- Manage and drive timely brand fixture updates and planogram modifications, forecasting fixture requirements and ensuring execution adheres to established timelines
- Guide country visual merchandising teams and assigned vendors on validation of design proposals and adherence to Sephora technical guidelines and standards
- Oversee merchandising fixture and display execution for new store openings and seasonal updates across Southeast Asia and Oceania
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendor work execution and quality of implementation, identifying and implementing best practices with country teams
- Ensure countries follow regional guidelines for fixture updates and maintenance, managing appropriate VM asset utilization and tracking changes
- Support new store openings by ensuring correct fixture allocation and partnering with countries to develop and test innovative store concepts
- Generate comprehensive reports providing management visibility on executed initiatives and create in-store animations in partnership with the Sephora Collection Marketing Team
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, design, or store projects management
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Degree or Diploma in design, arts, or retail merchandising
- Regional retail experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (reading and speaking) is advantageous, as the primary vendor is China-based

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, design, or store projects management, with demonstrated ability to manage complex merchandising projects independently and deliver measurable results. Regional retail experience across multiple markets is strongly preferred.
Education
Degree or Diploma in design, arts, or retail merchandising.
