Role & Responsibilities
- Define UX strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end product design initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Plan and lead user research and usability testing efforts.
- Influence product direction by presenting design strategies and data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure design excellence using Figma and setting best practices for components and prototyping.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sephora’s Design System.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing commercial objectives and technical constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement of UX processes and standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or Product Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 6 years in UX Design, Product Design, or a related role, with leadership experience on complex projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
