Role & Responsibilities

  • Define UX strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end product design initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Plan and lead user research and usability testing efforts.
  • Influence product direction by presenting design strategies and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure design excellence using Figma and setting best practices for components and prototyping.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Sephora’s Design System.
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing commercial objectives and technical constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement of UX processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or Product Design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills

Strong multi-platform design expertise across iOS, Android, and Web. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and accessibility standards. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years in UX Design, Product Design, or a related role, with leadership experience on complex projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
