Sephora is hiring an Assistant Manager, Site Marketing in San Francisco, CA. Lead digital marketing campaigns driving engagement and sales across web and mobile platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of site marketing strategies across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain homepage programming calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities, marketing campaigns, and merchandising objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Product, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Recommend site, app, landing page, and targeting strategies based on campaign performance metrics and client behavior insights
  • Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, product drops, and key brand initiatives across digital platforms
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure flawless campaign execution and exceptional client experience
  • Analyze campaign performance and site engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and future recommendations
  • Support testing initiatives and digital enhancements by evaluating results and sharing actionable insights
  • Monitor site content and campaign performance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends that influence future marketing decisions
  • Support ad hoc projects, business initiatives, and strategic priorities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, site merchandising, site marketing, or related fields
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, website content, or promotional calendars within a retail or consumer-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, client journey optimization, and online shopping behaviors
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience leveraging site reporting, analytics, and performance data to influence decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence
  • Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships and drive alignment among cross-functional teams
