Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Retail to design and deliver retail operations strategy that elevates store standards and drives KPI performance across the Thailand network.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects across store operations, refining processes to increase efficiency without diminishing customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of regional retail and visual merchandising guidelines, including space planning and in‑store activations.
  • Conduct and coordinate regular store audits and performance reviews, maintain audit score KPIs and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage cross‑functional stakeholder communication between stores, Market Retail Training, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Prepare, compile and present regular and ad‑hoc reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including KPI dashboards, stock adjustment analysis and exception reporting.
  • Oversee events calendar and rosters to align staffing with brand, marketing and training activities, minimising disruption to store operations.
  • Support network expansion and store fit‑outs in partnership with Category, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure delivery to expected operational standards.
  • Drive loss prevention and back‑of‑house optimisation to maximise storage capacity, health & safety and team efficiency.
  • Manage procurement and vendor coordination for store supplies and fit‑out projects, including supplier onboarding, PO issuance and documentation in COREFA.
  • Assist on retail IT/digital rollouts and regional initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation at store level.

Qualifications

  • Thai national with a University diploma or degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer‑ and commercial‑facing retail environment (beauty or fashion preferred).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail operations role; 1+ year store management responsibility is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of retail KPIs, visual merchandising, inventory controls and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, service‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
